Cancellation requests will be accepted only, if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However cancellation requests will not be entertained if the product is already dispatched.
At Leafy Life we guarantee you that, we will send the quality products with proper packaging, so that it does not get damaged on its way. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control, where you could receive damaged products. In this situation please write to us immediately (Within 12 hours of receiving the product) with proper pictures showing the damage. We will replace the product to you with no extra cost.
If the package is found to be tampered from outside, please refuse to accept the package and return the same to the courier /delivery boy. Also intimidate immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can bring it to the notice of logistics companies and sort it out. We will replace the package under such circumstances.
In case of damaged product, you need to send us the damaged product back. On receipt of the damaged product, we will dispatch the new replacement product.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return them to us for a replacement at your cost. All such goods must be returned to us in a salable condition, complete with all the accessories along with the original packaging. Please note that, goods which do not comply with this condition may not be accepted as return goods.
Prior to returning the goods to us, you will need to contact us by email or telephone for pre consent. If our request to return the goods is considered valid, we will e-mail you a copy of our Goods Return Form along with reference number. The Goods Return Form needs to be sent along with the product.
Please note that, if you send the goods back to us without our prior authorisation, they can not be accepted.
Any returns can not be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of accepting the order.
